Metacognition and Human Productive Potential: How Intelligence and Metacognition could explain Productivity?
Abstract
This paper undertakes an inquiry into the metacognitive aspects of the mind related to human productive potential, and examines the link between metacognition and intelligence. It reinforces the value of the metacognitive pathways to higher productivity through deep noetics, learning, and inculcation of deep habitshabits that induce perceptible changes in the organisation of the brain neural network patterns. It is presumed that all these changes affect human intelligence in a productive manner. In this paper, first, we try to establish theoretical relationship between metacognition and human intelligence. Following this, we discuss about the human brain as the dominant source of intelligent behavior. Our attempt touches upon these aspects, and we further propose linking metacognition with intelligence and learning as a function of productivity.

On the Interrelationship between Learning, Intellect, and Productivity

Abstract
In this paper, we examine the metaphysical interrelationships between learning, intellect, and productivity dynamics. The effect of outcome-based learning on productivity is duly examined using a simplistic mathematical model. In this respect, the productive power of capability is studied and correlated with the modelled framework.

Productivity Maximization and Human Productive Potential
Abstract
This paper discusses the theory of productivity maximisation in relation to human productive potential. If productivity is considered as means to attain certain outcomes, it must have practical implications. Herein, human productive potential is considered as a neurocognitive concept having its significance felt in personal and professional frontier, for human beings are always in search to maximise their productivity by tapping untapped potential latent within. This paper addresses this issue, while at the same time, it examines of the role of cognitive constraints in constraining human potential, which has important implications for the individual and industrial frontiers. In this respect, we have also discussed, in brief, the concept of anti-productivity, its nature, and practical implications.
Social Noetics and the Economics of Productivity
Abstract
The term social noetics is a concept meaning that it is a kind of social intelligence that can be tapped and channelized for better productivity. Since we are endeavouring to study productivity at the metaphysical level, in the spirit of such productive thinking, it would be pertinent to allow the theory of productivity to rest upon a secure foundation. Here, social intelligence is a tool alike many others that can be utilised to augment and empower our will towards attaining higher productivity levels. The noetic basis of productive principles are discussed as well, and that too that much of it, which reason accords some deference to those principles that withstand the attack of this day.
The Foundations of Productive Potential
Abstract
To understand the foundations of productive potential, it would be necessary to examine the utilisation of human noetic (intellectual) power to help unleash the latent productive potential inherent within. This intellectual power is the driving force which need be triggered as it is the characteristic ability of the mind—the potentialities within us that can make a difference. The noetic power potential can be whetted by various means which act as triggers. The effect being that, human beings become more productive, and which is a necessity in today’s context to match the productive power of artificial intelligent agents—that are continuously redefining productivity. These AI-based tools can, however, be used to augment our productivity levels, to make us become more efficient, intelligent, and smarter. But we cannot ignore the power of our own innate natural intelligence, which has many things to offer beyond boosting productivity. This paper is the result of such an inquiry.
The Role of Motivation, Aspiration, and Ambition in Shaping Human Productivity
Abstract
In this paper, we have examined the role of motivation, ambition, and inspiration in shaping human productivity. Some people have a passion for action and want to become productive, but fail to do so because they feel demotivated. Motivation is a surge characterised by subjective emotional states that arouse positive feelings and productive instincts. Humanity has repeatedly observed the effects of motivation on human beings, and how motivation coupled with ambitions have shaped the nature of human productivity. These two factors are among the prime determinants of productivity enhancements—the endogenous factors, to say so. Productivity has economic significances and is the foundational basis of the theory of firm. In this paper, we discuss about how motivational states can augment and enhance human efficiency, and shape productivity.

This paper briefly examines the metaphysical basis of the economics of productive market power. It discusses the dynamic interactions between market forces and agents who constitute economic basis of the forces that operate in markets. The metaphysics of productivity is explained in such parlour, since it imposes constraints to obtain the knowledge about market forces in operation. The dynamic role of utility has been re-examined as well.
Unlocking Human Noetic Potential for Productivity Enhancement
Abstract
This paper discusses about how unlock our noetic potential for productivity enhancement more effectively, in order to help us become more productive and efficient. Our innate potential is a big gift evolution, and we can sharpen and develop it for the purpose of boosting our productivity. Here, we examine the concept of human productive potential at the metaphysical level, to provide metacognitive perspectives on the idea of self-realisation and noetic rejuvenation. Inspired by Einstein’s Theory of Relativity, we propose a hypothetical noetic space and productive continuum for the mind, which allows better understanding of the phenomenon of self-realisation to augment our intrinsic productive potential.
Motivations in the Productive Space: Overcoming Mental Fatigue and Cognitive Constraints
Abstract
This paper discusses motivations in the productive space. Since motivation is an integral part of both organisational and individual productivity, constraints to productivity must be overcome with incentive that inspire and drive people to action. Cognitive fatigue has become a norm in today’s high-paced productivity-driven economy, and so it must be dealt with, in order to overcome constraints to productivity. In this paper, we discuss the role of productive space, and how motivation creates an ambience of productivity that help deal with cognitive constraints which leads to mental fatigue. A philosophical—rather than a pure cognitive or psychological approach has been undertaken to understand the intricate link between productivity, motivation, and cognitive (mental) fatigue.
Productive Manifestations of Learning Outcomes
Abstract
The goal of this paper is to examine the conditions that help develop productive capability in individuals. Productivity is an enabler. Herein, we discuss the theoretical factors that confer stability to productive practice necessary for the achievement of individual or organisational success. Success is the result of outcomes. The importance of learning in this respect is highlighted in productive purview, as it is well acknowledged how learning confers strength in helping nurture capability to become productive. We contend that the outcomes of learning, if positive, have explicit relation with productivity. With this aim in purview, we presume productive manifestations of learning outcomes to be perfunctory, and which becomes visible in the form of revealed effects. This paper discusses these aspects of productivity and examines how learning outcomes are explicitly linked to productiveness of an individual or a system.

Abstract
Firms strive hard to achieve a high degree of efficiency on the production frontier, and it is where they compete to excel with their competitors. It is observed from previous studies that standardizing some policies and developing strategies could bring efficiency in production of manufacturing firms. New approaches to the measurement of productive efficiencies are being developed, and analysis of the subject is growing exponentially, since firms are now more concerned about the productivity frontier, besides others. This paper analyzes the necessary factors that contribute to the productive efficiency of an organization. A simple model of production function is constructed to understand its essence and thus contributes to the development of a new ratio that defines productive efficiency in terms of maximization of the efficiency factor that is a common issue in industrial and manufacturing organizations.
